The head coach draws on his own competitive career and training camps abroad to teach the fundamentals of boxing and how to train. He leads the mitt work in group classes and every boxing PT session himself.

Up to two. Morning classes run Mon·Wed·Fri and evening classes run on weekdays; the gym is closed Saturday and Sunday.
